I love this book and even better it was a standalone story. It was sad and funny at time. Gunz is funny even though he is cocky and rude. But, he balanced Laci who was passive and scare most of the time. Their love was unstable at time with Gunz being too possessive. I liked that the 2 brothers and sister had a close relationship being as their upbringing was not the norm. And glad that Laci had a strong bond with her sister Nazi. The story flow well and all the characters was well developed given that it was one book. I am getting use to this one book story. I would have like to see a relationship with Jiselle and Ransom, because both of them were mental cases. I think that Jinx and Nazi are going to be a powerful and dangerous force given their intellect with modern technology. Sometimes it is not only physical power that rule, as most of these stories seem to portray.Product details

This book was everything to me. Gunz is the Man. He was rude,demanding,and cocky. But I loved me some him. Laci was naive but I'm so glad she toughen up. Nazi, I loved her character. Jiselle that chic was crazy. I really enjoyed this book. I laughed so hard and some of the things in here. Job well done Kellz!!!!
Kellz is such an amazing author I started reading her books a couple months ago and haven't stopped. This book is basically about a young lady coming into her own with the help of her love interest. It's sooo good so many twist and turns my jaw was on the ground half of the book.
Yaaaas kellz Kimberly that is how you write a book girl!! Im so glad it was a standalone and it was fire. I knew it was something about their adoptive parents because it was hella suspect off rip! Gunz is that dude tho. And I'm glad laci stepped tf up. Nazi is my girl and giselle rubbed me the wrong way at first but she is a bad chick. Loved everything about this book it is def a MUST READ!!!
This is why I love reading!! When yuh find an authoress like KELLZ yuh can never get bored with their work! No book is ever the same & every page has yuh anxious to get to the next one!!

Everybody wants a happy ending for every book. Well it was happy, sad, and in between. I loved Gunz and Laci relationship. I won't say goals because at first Laci was a little ditsy but everything came together. Sad it was a standalone.
This was a great standalone, author did her thing she had a lil bit of it all in here. Since page one I was locked in this book, I love the story line. Real love conquers it all, can be lost for 20 years but by time u die ur soul mate would enter ur life and jus can't fight it. Crazy dey was destine to be together way before they even knew each other that's how u know real love conquers. I was glad that laci got sum balls nd did what she had to do to show them she wasn't to be f'd wit
I loved this book especially the fact that it is a standalone. Laci originally rubbed me the wrong way with how weak she was but as the book went on and she kept being tested she finally evolved into the woman she was supposed to be. There was so many twists and turns and things I did not see coming this book kept me on the edge of my seat and wanting more. It is amazing how opposite the sisters were even being raised in the e household and Nazi being the younger sister. I can not wait to read more about the Black Rose Mafia.
